Queenscourt Hospice 'Lights of Love' Service 2020
2 December 2020
Tarleton Academy were delighted to be able to take part in the Queenscourt ‘Lights of Love Service’. Due to the current restrictions Queenscourt pre-recorded this year's Lights of Love Service and it is now available to view on their YouTube channel here. The service consists of the lights being turned on at Queenscourt Hospice and has poems and singing for you to join in with and includes siblings Katie and Lucy singing ‘The Story of Tonight’. They were amazing!
We were thrilled to receive the following message from the Fundraising Team at Queenscourt Hospice.
“Thank you so much for supporting our Lights Of Love Appeal this year, with the amazing production of ‘The Story of Tonight’. Everyone who has seen it in the hospice thinks it is simply fantastic, and the lyrics could not be any more appropriate for our service had we had a song written for it! Thank you to Mrs Berry for all the coordination, and Mr Ball & Mr Porter for once again, doing what they do best!!
Please thank Lucy, Katie and Lydia for getting involved and taking part. We were unable to use Lydia’s audio recording for the service, but her contribution is still very much appreciated and please thank her for that. As a thank you, we have dedicated a couple of lights for you in our own Lights of Love virtual tree.
Thank you for helping it to shine even brighter!
We look forward to partnering with you and your Student Leadership Team in 2021.
With our very best wishes and thanks from everyone in the Fundraising Team and at Queenscourt Hospice.”
