Dance Class With Former Student

On Tuesday after school, GCSE Dance students had a great opportunity to take part in an extra-curricular class with former student Luke.

Luke left Tarleton Academy in July 2019 and is currently studying at RARE Studio, a performing arts college in Liverpool. RARE Studio only accept students who they genuinely think are capable of progressing onto Higher Education, further vocational training or working professionally in the industry. rarestudioliverpool.co.uk

Luke is currently on half term and returned to school to lead a street dance class which combined different dance styles including Popping, Locking, Krump and Animation. The students had a great time and loved the opportunity to try new types of dance.
