Visit By Author Daniel Blythe to Tarleton Academy.

Students in Year 7 and 8 enjoyed an informative presentation about the life of a writer and AG+T Year 7 and 8 students then took part in a writer's workshop. Within this students learnt about the writer's craft; of how to capture a reader's interest in writing a short story; as well as encouraging students to be confident in their own creations.

We were thrilled that so many students took the opportunity of meeting Daniel Blythe at break time, when Daniel was able to sign copies of his novels and answer questions from our avid Dr Who fans.
