At Tarleton Academy, we actively welcome partnerships with employers to enhance and enrich our careers programme. We invite organisations to collaborate with us in reviewing our provision, delivering assemblies, facilitating work experience opportunities, and hosting employer visits.

We currently benefit from strong relationships with a range of local employers, who support our students through workshops, mock interviews, assemblies, and site visits. Building on this foundation, we are committed to significantly expanding our employer network to offer a wider variety of experiences. We recognise the vital role that meaningful employer engagement plays in raising students’ aspirations and motivation.

This approach is underpinned by research demonstrating the positive impact of employer interactions on young people’s career development and future outcomes:
